Our booking process is easy and intuitive, with clear instructions and transparent pricing. We offer a wide variety of options to suit your needs and preferences, and The Fairy Godmother is available to assist you every step of the way.


We will never accept a booking without having your fairytale character booked first, with this in mind It may take us up to 3 working days to check performer availability & confirm your party request … but please don’t worry while we do this your date, time & character are reserved.


Any amendments to your date, time or character will be discussed with you at your earliest convenience. 


Once your booking is confirmed by The Fairy Godmother you can expect prompt and timely responses regarding any changes or updates to your booking. Our team works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that your party goes smoothly, and we’re always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.


Before we can process your booking, it is a requirement that you read the attached documents and that you have agreed and acknowledged these before you submit your form.

Please let us know below quantities of each item required. If ordering a lunch box you understand that we require a list of names and their sandwich choices 72 hours prior to your booking in order for your items to be personalised.
We understand that this may change closer to your party date but please note cancellations cannot be made on items where bespoke ingredients or items have been sourced.
-Please note we understand this may change as you receive RSVP's, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for special requirements as we may not always carry a stock of free-from foods.

Allergen or dietary requirements? Little one doesn’t like butter on their sandwiches or only drinks juice & not fizzy drinks? No problem leave us a note & we will do our utmost to accommodate you & your guests! Please note: we understand you may not know of allergies etc until you receive RSVP’s please let us know at the earliest convenience of any dietary requirements.
If you would like to add something not listed please don’t hesitate to ask, we love bespoke orders! & if its something we can't make we know lots of amazing makers & bakers who could potentially help you!

I have read the terms, conditions and understand that bookings required with less than 1 weeks notice must be ordered via telephone. Note your booking is not confirmed until The Fairy Godmother confirms with you directly via the email address provided.
